OpinionWay is launching the Banking Observatory for 12-24 year olds, a unique and comprehensive tool that combines a qualitative and quantitative approach, conducted among 2,800 young people and, in parallel, 1,200 parents of young people aged 12 to 17.
The Observatory aims to understand the mechanisms behind banking decisions (among young people and parents), measure and analyse the rate of access to banking services, identify expectations and needs, and assess the state of banking relationships.
- What are young people’s needs and expectations when it comes to banks?
- At what age do young people get their first bank card?
- When do they become independent in their decisions and in managing their money?
- How do they perceive banks? Do they have a good or bad image of them? Are they satisfied with them?
- How do they pay? What is their relationship with credit and insurance?
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights to adjust your strategies and effectively attract young customers by meeting their expectations and those of their parents!
