Among the main findings of this wave:
- 73% of Europeans believe that investment in European defence should be increased, a 6-point increase since September 2025
- Europeans’ opinion of the US has worsened since one year (43%). It has improved for only 22%
- Nearly half of Europeans are in favour of developing nuclear energy in Europe in the coming years, a figure that has risen by 4 points in one year
- 45% of the Europeans think the EU should confiscate immobilized Russian assets to support Ukraine, 32% are against
