Deputy Managing Director and Director of the Healthcare and Advanced Methods division, Nadia joined the OpinionWay Group in 2010, where she has also held the position of CSR Manager since 2022.

What have been the highlights of your career at OpinionWay?
I can say that I’ve had 3 ‘lives’ at OpinionWay. The first began in 2010, when I joined the Group to head up the Healthcare department. It was an exciting assignment that lasted almost 7 years and laid the foundations of my history here. I then took over the reins of a three-pronged marketing division that brought together OpinionWay’s Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Luxury Goods expertise, before becoming Head of the OpinionWay’s Healthcare and Advanced Methods division in 2022. At the same time, I’m devoting myself to two cross-disciplinary issues that are close to my heart: CSR and the mission-driven company.
How would you describe your current role and remit?
As Deputy Managing Director, Division Director, Department Director and Head of CSR/Corporate Responsibility, I’m involved in cross-functional projects and in defining OpinionWay’s strategy. I also directly supervise the Healthcare team and manage relations with a large number of clients in this sector.
Can you tell us a little more about your role as CSR Manager and OpinionWay’s CSR commitments?
On the CSR side, I chair and lead 2 committees: the Working with it committee, which aims to make working life easier for people with chronic illnesses; and the CSR committee, which aims to reduce OpinionWay’s carbon footprint by raising awareness of virtuous actions at all levels of the company, as well as among our clients and partners. I’m also in charge of the mission-driven company project, which aims to give OpinionWay a ‘reason for being’ and statutory and operational objectives in line with CSR.
What aspect(s) of OpinionWay’s culture or values inspire you most on a daily basis?
The human side and the great autonomy I’ve always enjoyed since joining OpinionWay are the two values that have always inspired me and that continue to drive me every day.
Do you have an anecdote to share with us that your colleagues might not be aware of?
I love reading, especially novels, and for the last 2 years I’ve been a member of the reading committee at my local bookshop. Twice a year, I give my opinion on 4 or 5 books that are still in proof form, helping my bookseller to recommend books to her customers!
