Head of Programming since July 2024, Camille joined the OpinionWay Group in 2022. She previously held the position of Web Programming and Development Officer.

Can you tell us a bit more about your job? What is programming?
CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) programming is used to collect data via online surveys. Our team, which is part of the Operations Department, is made up of specialists in IT and web development. We create the online surveys for the market research we sell, which are then sent to our panellists for them to complete.
Since 2024, you’ve been in charge of OpinionWay’s Programming Department. What do you enjoy the most about your role as manager?
This job is both exciting and demanding. I manage programming schedules and work with the whole team to develop new features and improvements to our questionnaires. This includes proposing innovative designs, optimising the panellist experience and integrating the latest trends, such as AI, automation and responsive design.
If you had to sum up your experience at OpinionWay in three words, which ones would you choose and why?
There’s never a dull moment: every day is a new discovery, with themes and subjects that are always different and interesting. There’s a good working atmosphere: our teams are supportive, human and, above all, caring. And finally, I’d say that it’s quite simply a unique experience: after more than 2 years in the group, I feel like I arrived yesterday, when so much has already happened!
What would you say to someone considering joining the OpinionWay Group?
If you’re looking for a job in a dynamic group, where routine and boredom don’t exist, and where you can meet inspiring personalities and an open, caring team, then you’ve come to the right place.
Do you have an anecdote about yourself, a hidden talent to share with us that your colleagues might not be aware of?
4 years ago, I made the bold decision to leave my STAPS studies to become the manager of a restaurant on the Champs-Élysées (Paris). A year later, mission accomplished: the restaurant is running perfectly, and I’ve decided to move on. In April 2021, I took on a new challenge: a one-year career change to become a web developer. A successful gamble! In April 2022, I joined OpinionWay… And the rest is history.
