OpinionWay announces the creation of its Charter of commitments on ethics, best practice, and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within its group.
This is an unprecedented initiative in the market research and opinion polling sector in France. It also demonstrates OpinionWay’s ongoing commitment to innovation, to provide the best possible response to the challenges faced by its clients.
OpinionWay’s AI Charter is part of a process of constant improvement of its services and aims to offer its clients ever more relevant and innovative solutions. By adopting this approach, OpinionWay intends to reinforce its role as a trusted partner, ready to take on technological challenges while respecting strong ethical values.
The Charter includes 12 concrete commitments based on 5 key areas:
- Ensuring data security
- Guarantee the reliability of the results partly produced by AI
- Reallocate the resources freed up by AI
- Be part of a continuous Research and Innovation approach
- Sharing research and POCs with our clients
It will be applied in France and in the OpinionWay Group’s subsidiaries abroad.
« The AI Charter is perfectly in line with OpinionWay’s philosophy, which aims to support its clients in a process of quality and excellence. It is also fully in line with the values and spirit of continuous innovation that drive our Group. », says Hugues Cazenave, President of OpinionWay.
The OpinionWay Group is the first market research institute to introduce such a Charter, positioning itself as a responsible player guaranteeing high-quality services.
« By integrating advances in AI into our practices in a responsible and ethical manner, our aim is to remain at the forefront of innovation and to increase the value of our marketing analyses and Opinion strategies, by freeing our employees from low-value tasks so that they can focus even more on analysis while guaranteeing our clients the reliability of our deliverables. Our AI Charter thus contributes to OpinionWay’s ambition to offer tailor-made solutions adapted to the evolving needs of the market. » adds Luc Balleroy, Managing Director of OpinionWay.
