Conducted by OpinionWay in partnership with B2BAD and La Boétie Partners, this study aims to understand how today’s young graduates, the future decision-makers, construct their value systems and envision their long-term career paths. This analysis focuses particularly on Generation Z and their perceptions of future societal and environmental issues.
Carried out among a representative panel of 1,000 young graduates (having completed 4 years of higher education or more) working in large and medium-sized companies in France, this study provides real food for thought on how to better understand and integrate the expectations and values of Generation Z, thereby facilitating their integration and retention in the current and future professional world.
