ISO 20252 certification
OpinionWay is ISO 20252 certified since 2009. This procedure aims to enhance client satisfaction and ensure that employees and partners progress. Prior to this, OpinionWay was awarded Afnor certification in 2006.
ESOMAR
OpinionWay is a member of ESOMAR, the organisation representing the interests of the market research profession at an international level, and strictly abides by its legal and deontological stipulations.
When requested by clients:
- we sign specific confidentiality contracts,
- we set up teams who do not work for other clients,
- we organise network filters/firewalls,
- we sometimes sign exclusivity contracts.
CNIL
OpinionWay complies with the stipulations of the French Computers and Freedom law dated 6th January 1978 and the French National Commission on Computers and Freedom (CNIL), and meets the requirements of the CNIL by declaring its panel under number 28042009.
OpinionWay also abides by article 29 of the French Computers and Freedom law dated 6th January 1978 and the recommendations of the CNIL.
Prior to all interviews, a brief description is provided of confidentiality rules and the main objectives of the study for which data will be used. OpinionWay reminds respondents that participation in the study is voluntary and non-mandatory (find out more).
