In 2000, OpinionWay was one of the first French Market Research Firms to integrate the entire production process online with: Access panel (Newpanel), sampling software, and NetCawi ® online interview software.
What is unique is that all our tools were developed with proprietary technical specifications (no license agreements).
Newpanel respondents are recruited and managed in strict compliance the profession’s guidelines: recruitment, payment, solicitation rules, etc.
We also ask that our international partners comply with these same standards.
Currently, our questionnaires incorporate new moderating and data collection methods: live support, integration of open-ended audio or video questions, etc.
Traditional data collection
Traditional data collection (telephone, face-to-face and self-administered) represent 40% of research performed by OpinionWay.
This process is outsourced, and we have selected reliable and efficient service providers.
We have set up partnerships and have standardized practices in order to guarantee prompt and high-quality services.
Desk research & datamining
Client data, usage data, declarative data are more and more interconnected. We regularly work on the analysis of two different sources, or the optimization of one by the other: scoring, operational segmentation optimization, etc.
We integrate documentary research into many of our projects: either in prior reflections, or simply in our offer.
In B2B we also regularly work on the integration of data provided by INSEE (the French National Institute of Statistical and Economic Studies).
