Our mission

Innovation: to understand and represent complexity more accurately
Since its inception in 2000, OpinonWay has constantly strived to innovate.

From the outset, we became pioneers on the French market by developing a reliable methodology of online data collection and designing corresponding tools and software (Access panel Newpanel ®, sampling software, interview software Netcawi ®).
We currently use these methodologies in more than half of our projects.

In 2001, we were the first research institute to develop and systematically use online groups (Netfocus ®).
And we continue to develop our technical expertise by working on asynchronous online groups, forums and blogs.

Since 2003, we have incorporated video material (video clips, video excerpts and montages) into practically every qualitative study we conduct.

Since 2004, we have employed ethnomarketing data collection, extending its role to analysis and delivery of results (life experience analysis, live description of experiences, live interview monitoring with rich media, DVD sequencing with groups, video montages for presentations to the press…).

We are currently designing audio and video solutions to enrich quantitative methodologies, buzz analysis, public opinion issues, live interviews, combined collection of declarative and behavioral data and many other new methods…

These new tools significantly improve our methods of analysis, comprehension and delivery. They are in fact essential to accurately deciphering new behavioral trends.
