Our mission

Three perspectives: different data collection methods for richer analysis
OpinionWay structures client-specific approaches using three perspectives :

A « close-up » perspective to focus in on an individual's daily life experiences and to get a grasp of the reality.
We mainly use qualitative methods, but also incorporate ethnomarketing and semiological or lexicological analytical methods.  What's most important is that we combine more than one method.

A « panoramic » perspective to step back and gain a macroeconomic and macro-social view of markets, products and specific targets. 
We draw on quantitative studies, market watch, the analysis of comparable horizontal markets, etc.

An « expert »perspective that puts results into perspective, in the context of a broader view when the client's specific needs require it.
We partner up with specialists, consultants and opinion leaders already working on similar subjects.
We also bring in expert consumers.

By making these three perspectives work together, we improve the relevance of the conclusions we deliver to clients.
